Quiet, clean, great views of rocket launches.

I was here with my elderly mother and other extended family. Condo was clean and had great views. Kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes etc and tons of storage. Loved that they had beach chairs/umbrella for use. Keypad entries were great foraccess. Saw 3 launches of Spacex on the port side of the top floor. Overall, very happy with our accommodations.

Great Views

Great location. Very good place to stay especially if you are watching a launch. We were lucky to see one. Enough space for our family of 5 to keep to ourselves and be together.

Girls Trip

Condo was nice & very clean with a great view of the ocean. Lots to do on the island …. Manatees, dolphins, turtles, cruise ships, rocket launches, bike paths, sunset boat cruises … great location.

Excellent as always. Feels like our second home.

Clean, convenient with beautiful balcony ocean view. Steps to the water. We enjoyed a catamaran dolphin cruise with Cruise Cocoa on Always Sunday (boat name). Decided every time we come we will add that to our fun list.

Overall very pleased

Condo is very clean and had plenty of supplies and linens. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed it immensely. Our recommendations would be for the property association to make sure both elevators work, only one worked while we were there, which is not enough for the entire complex. The large TVs were nice for the rainy days, however, the two in the guest bedrooms were not set up with cable -But our kids were able to connect to their personal online services. Overall, our entire group had a great time there.

The Best of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach

I moved to this three bedroom, two bathroom, 9th floor, penthouse, beach-side condo for my 2nd week in the area in order to downsize from the 5 BR, 3 Bath beach house a mile closer to the Cocoa beach Pier where two of my families including 4 grandchildren (9 total) joined me for just one week. This change was perfect for my 2nd week where some friends and family members joined me for a few days each and enjoyed the great location that was less crowded than the Cocoa Beach Pier area but still close enough to easily access all of the Cocoa Beach restaurants and attractions. The penthouse view was great, which included great views of the ocean, beach and Port Canaveral watching the cruise ships coming and going from the largest cruise port in the world. Just minutes away it was very easy to access several great Cape Canaveral restaurants adjacent to the docked cruise ships. Our unit was super clean and the communications were great - the management company was exceptionally accommodating! I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The 3 bedroom condo was fantastic. It was clean and the bedrooms and kitchen were a great size. The view was great. We missed a launch due to weather, so we will be back. Can't wait.

Had a great time!

Had a great time in cocoa beach. The condo was clean and very nice. I would recommend having a keypad for the doors so you don’t have to carry a key with you everywhere. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay!

Great property would stay again. Major issue was the sheets would not stay on the beds came off every time you moved. Minor issues can opener was broken has to buy one. Washer smelled needed a cleaning cycle. Dryer may need heating element took forever to dry. Faucets needed to be cleaned when you lifted to turn on. Kesly super nice responded quickly.

Cocoa Beach Towers

I will definitely stay here again! The property was easy to get to and the view was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and the pool was wonderful. I liked the fact that we had to use our key to get into the elevator. It didn’t seem like a bad neighborhood at all but we did feel extra safe. It was easy to get to shopping and to the Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the balcony which was an added bonus. Our unit contact person, Kelsy, was easy to contact and always available to answer any of my questions. There was a washer and dryer in our unit so it was nice to be able to wash the beach towel and our personal clothes when needed. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony or walked right down to the beach to watch. The other residents in the building were all nice, always smiling, saying hellos d asking where we were from. I am hoping to stay there again and would want the same unit if possible because it was perfect. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!!

Beautiful Place

Absolutely loved the condo, unfortunately, the beds needed to be upgraded. The master and other queen beds were so soft or worn out don't know which. Upon laying on it the mattress made a U to sleep in so you rolled to the middle. The Twin beds were hard which felt wonderful on my back but made my ribs hurt. As the mom, I slept on the couch it was the most comfortable. There was a blow-up mattress as well but no extra bed linens. I loved the condo and the view of the ocean. The pool was a nice size and the beach wasn't so overcrowded you didn't have your own personal space. Close to everything, again it would have been a perfect vacation if the bed situation was more comfortable, this wouldn't stop me from not staying here again though because we enjoyed it so much.

Amazing stay at the perfect location

Kelsy And everyone at Stay in Cocoa Beach team, they made us feel like family. Highly recommend using them and staying at this location. The condo was very spacious and made it feel like a home away from home. It was well-stocked and it had everything we needed and we had the best week ever. It is conveniently located near the Cocoa Beach pier and other restaurants and stores and it’s not too far from Orlando so pretty easy to get back-and-forth. Really appreciated the chairs and umbrella it provided. Will definitely be back.

Great Week

The condo had everything we wanted: clean and modern, terrific view, easy access to the beach and anywhere else we wanted to go. Agent was on top of any request. We would all happily return. Only minor shortcoming: the elevator is slow and HOT.

Loved our stay, but a few inconveniences, as well as some nice conveniences :-)

Don't get me wrong, we had an awesome time. Maybe it's because VRBO is under Stay at Cocoa Beach's control now (or is it vice versa?), but our stay was not quite the same as our prior stays in past Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach vacations that we have taken over the past 20 years: - Kitchen not as well stocked as we're used to. And please add a Keurig.. - We would expect more dinner and small plates in the kitchen for a 3-BR unit. We supplemented with paper plates so that we didn't have to run the dishwasher as often - Washer and dryer were undersized for a 3BR unit, in our opinion, especially with 4 adults and 3 kids aged 7 and under. - A master key is needed for almost every entry AND exit on the premises, even to activate the water hose, to exit the pool area, and to exit the CT grounds to get to the public beach access. I understand the entries, but not the exits. Conveniences: We absolutely loved the sand mat that extended from the public beach access path out to the beach. We loved the views from the CT balcony. The master bedroom was one of the best that we've had. DIgital entertainment conveniences were great . . . 3 large screen HDTVs. The owner provided a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaners. All in all, we will definitely keep this on our return list. Every unit and every condo complex has their plusses and minuses. Unit 907 at Canaveral Towers has NO show stoppers, as far as we are concerned.
