“The Icona in Cape May totally earned its five stars seriously, the hospitality was amazing and made our stay absolutely perfect. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived; they were super attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our whole trip. The cleanliness was honestly what really set this hotel apart. Our room was spotless, and the room service was next level, going above and beyond to make our beds and clean the space perfectly every single morning. It was awesome to start……

“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

“Front desk was awesome, the Inn is quirky and our room was small but the view was beautiful. The only suggestion would be to fix the bathroom door so it closes easily and stays closed. ”
