“The hotel said there is a laundry facility but it will not take credit cards. The hotel front desk would not change coins for you either. The hotel should express more specifically or more details to not mislead guests or just exclude laundry facility！”

“This apartment is in a two family house on the second floor. The downstairs tenants had a party the night we stayed and we could hear everything which kept us up until 1am. The apartment was clean yet it had a very strong unpleasant smell that made it feel dirty. ”
