"Property is clean. Breakfast was available but not a wide variety. Light went out in bathroom - after reporting the light it took two days to be fixed but it was fixed. Bedspread had a burned hole in it but bed was comfortable."

"The breakfast was good Only one elevator worked our entire stay. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, which it wasn’t. When I got into the room there was barely any toilet paper. I had to ask for a roll. A few days later they came to clean my room and still left the other toilet roll dispenser empty. I had to again request toilet paper. I travel frequently, that was the first time I had to request toilet paper."

"Sabrina is amazing. We call when the GPS didn’t quite get us to the hotel. She was patient and pleasant. She stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to get there. She was even more pleasant and helpful once we arrived. She renewed my hope that GREAT customer service still exists."

I found the facility condition and breakfast offerings excellent. They are also convenient to downtown and University of South Carolina. Perhaps most important, their rooms are clean and beds are comfortable."
