“The breakfast was good Only one elevator worked our entire stay. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, which it wasn’t. When I got into the room there was barely any toilet paper. I had to ask for a roll. A few days later they came to clean my room and still left the other toilet roll dispenser empty. I had to again request toilet paper. I travel frequently, that was the first time I had to request toilet paper.”

“Check-in was horrible as you had to use a virtual staff member on a kiosk. This took forever! The room itself was clean. Absolutely zero extras in the room. No hairdryer, no iron, one itty-bitty bar of soap, no hand towels, two itty-bitty pillows on the bed. The bed itself was relatively comfortable other than lack of pillows. No hotel staff available to provide anything additional for the room.”

“Waited for over 30 minutes just for someone to check me in because they were out front hanging with their friends outside the entrance doors, they could see me the whole time. Staff was very rude the entire stay. I stayed for one month and they cleaned my room one time after I complained after a dozen times. Charged me for needing toilet paper since they didn’t refill because they didn’t clean my room ever. For the price that I had to pay, a motel 6 would have had better service and cleanliness.……
