“Very nice place. Clean and very convenient, quiet and comfortable ”

“Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!”

“The apartment was just as described. Fenced in complex with a reserved covered parking spot. AC was cold, everything was clean, and check in and out was super smooth. Nothing to complain about at all.”

“Great, responsive hosts. The apartment was clean, and in a safe area. I loved it being a ground floor, and my designated parking spot was right near the entrance. If I head back to Corpus for work, I’ll book again. ”

“Clean and well equipped property. Close to shopping. 15 minutes to the bay. Small problem was taken care of in 15 minutes. Excellent communication. Would have appreciated storage in small bedroom as had to put clothes on the floor. Downstairs neighbors had TV and radio going 24/7 so noisy. ”

“Check in was fast and easy. Apartment is simple but quite comfortable. Owner is very attentive and quickly responds to messages. The apartment is close to shopping, restaurants and a short distance to North Beach. When back in the area, if available, we will definitely stay here again.”
