Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and an accommodating. The people in a room next to us were very loud late in the evening so we asked if we could switch rooms. They were great and immediately moved us to a quiet corner room. Really appreciated that.

I paid for the room and was told there would be no other charges. Looking at my bank account an extra 25.00 was taken the first day and 50.00 more the next. When I asked the front desk they told me “yea that’s a deposit” I said no one told me that anything else was gonna be charged to my card. I said when will it come back off my card and the staff could not tell me I understand hotels, charging deposits, however not when I am not being told and not when they cannot tell me when it will come back off my account. So be aware if you book they do charge more this isn’t the final price like it is told when booking.

I don’t appreciate being charge $10 a night to park in their open parking lot. Where else am i supposed to park at an hotel. If they had valet or garage parking as an additional option i can see charging $10 to use those services. They only have a lot to park in, where else am i supposed to park my car, down the street at Wendy’s.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent. First room floor was very wet and room smelled musty. Moved to another room and the floor was slightly damp, but the room didn’t smell. It was fine for one night.

Plentiful breakfast in a larger than usual space. Lots of staff cleaning which was a good sign. Would’ve read it higher, except there is a $10 parking fee. Seems ridiculous. If you wanna charge people for parking there who are only there for the convention center I get it, but guests should not be charged extra.
