“By far, the best hotel I've stayed in this year while traveling! The bed was super comfortable! I rested very well! The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Kim, the breakfast attendant, was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to keep the breakfast stocked, and the dining area very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I travel through this area.”

“My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. I will say that the interaction after that went well. Also, upon check in late in the evening, An employee was……

“Well this is my second time here it’s definitely an okay place to stay for the price. No irons didn’t know that. Checked in, they make you pay a $50 refundable charge after your stay. Checked into my room and it look as if someone had literally just been in there. Used towels all over the bathroom floor and the bed was unmade. Most likely dirty sheets too”
