"I booked last minute due to a power outage. Stayed here several times I was shocked when i was placed in room 250 that was the last room it resembled a motel room different from the rooms i have stayed in white walls bed & tv nothing glamorous or inviting . 6am i was woken up by constant loud sounds i didn’t realize the room was located along side the highway so i was up from 6am & couldnt conduct a virtual meeting online without moving towards the bathroom due to how loud the highway is. "

"Clean hotel. Friendly staff. No hot water. 4 days of cold showers is not fun."

"It was a safe and friendly hotel. We were staying here and taking a train to NYC. It was centrally located for all of our needs. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. "

"My room was nice. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great. The hotel its self was a little outdated. My biggest issue was the pool was closed for maintenance, the gym was off site (the the gym the partnered with was amazing) and was closed when we arrived, and the breakfast I paid extra for was the worst continental breakfast I’ve had. We ended up doordashing our second morning instead of getting the breakfast. I did like that they had a wide selections of drinks and snacks available for purchase. This was a great location to stay for my daughter to run at the armory instead of staying downtown time square like we had the past two years. Quick drive to Washington heights where parking was way cheaper. I would stay here again just would not pay for breakfast. "

"Excellent location if you are driving into Washington Heights- parking right behind hotel (and affordable). Room was clean and super nice. The only item of annoyance is forcing an amenity fee which I did not use and it allowed me to opt out, but I was still charged."
