“No air conditioning staff in the morning was rude and not helpful they were more interested in having a conversation with each other on reception except for one young lad he couldn't be more helpful.”

“Great location. Plenty of safe parking . The bedroom was a good size and well equipped. ”

“Had to wait for someone to come to the desk and then she forgot to give us a key. I am allergic to feathers and she brought ida new comforter and pillow but it was actually a dirty matresss cover. Was so gross. We just slept under the duvet cover. Hair in the shower. Not impressed at all. ”

After spending almost another hour parking at backdoor car park with proper payment of parking fees, you then receive a 100 pound parking ticket erroneously in the middle of night one week later !! ”
