“A great experience, very different and close to Barra del Navidad. Very good beds and lovely veranda, great living quarters downstairs. The noise from the road can be a bit annoying at night. But the setting makes up for it. Lovely pool as well.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Villa Luna Azul. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 couples (that have been travelling together for years). All beds and bathrooms were very spacious, and the central open air living space, patio and pool were perfect for both relaxing and socializing. The absolute highlight, however, was Augustin the house manager and his wife Rocio the house chef. They were both the most wonderful people, and they could not do enough for us. I would absolutely recommend……

“Our group had a great stay, the condo was clean, well appointed with all that we needed in the kitchen, extra bed and towel linens along with pool towels. The bi-fold doors opened up the entire window wall facing the ocean bringing in the sounds and breeze from the ocean, it was a bonus! Owners Diane and Randy were very helpful in introducing us to the area for local entertainment and restaurants' and were available if we needed anything during our stay. We would book this condo again.”

“If you are looking for a quiet place that feel's like a home and not a resort, this is the place to stay. It is very family friendly which is great if you are traveling with kids, I would not recommend if you are wanting a child free experience. The views from all three levels were beautiful! Air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couches are comfortable and all of the balconies had plenty of furniture for watching the port and listening to the waves. This property……

“No bedroom windows, ensuite bathroom poorly updated, very little water pressure in shower. Guests had difficulty sleeping due to dogs barking and neighborhood noise. We had no access to washing machine because door was locked. Outside area was nice and well kept but location was not great. Visiting Canadians were friendly and very helpful. We would not recommend this condo.”

“Lovely cabana in the middle of a banana plantation. A 30 minute (2 km) walk into Barra de Navidad or a 100 peso taxi to Melaque. Either has good restaurants and pubs. Dennis was very accommodating”

BUT the A/C did not work, we called it in since the first day, but they didnt have maintanence in bcs it was a holyday,the second day maintanance went there to repair it, but it never worked, they said they could bring us one, but then said, they didnt gave any left to lend us. IT was very hot, and we couldt have ac in the main area of the apartment.. and it never worked meanwhile we were ... In addition the first day we didnt have hot water to the showers, they……
