Great Unit

Super cool roomy house

Love this gem. Two floors great for two couples or a group. Sitting area and bedroom upstairs. And kitchen and bedroom done. Very nice property and a good location

Its was perfect for our 3 day stay. Originally wanted to stay 2 nights but decided to stay an extra night. I didnt see it available online but emailed the owner and she took care of everything for me. She was absolutely amazing!!!! Super clean environment with lots of accommodations. University of Cincinnati

I was here To visit my nephew. It was walkable to the university and n a great location to stores and restaurants. A quick Uber ride to the baseball stadium. Clean and a nice set up for a group of people.

Nice place overall. A bit loud at times due to the other tenants. And the parking is very tight for larger vehicles. None of those things are things the owner can really help.

Great location

The apartment was great. Easy access & close to all you will need. One block away from the University of Cincinnati. Plenty of place to go eat or order from. Krogers is literally around the corner for any essentials & snacks during your stay. Finley Market is a must visit & less than 5 miles away. Quiet area & no issues even though in a college sitting. Parking space provided, but can be tight if you have a Tahoe or Suburban type vehicle. This is our second time staying at this location. Owner was great & easy to contact.. Highly recommend.
