“Everything was great. The only minor issue was getting up late and not having a lot of options for breakfast the first morning. I would’ve also loved a toaster but not a deal breaker. The in is charming and historical and the town is quaint. ”

“Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were……

“Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. ”

“The property is gorgeous! Very remote, so expect a long drive (the direction we arrived from required us to drive on a winding unpaved gravel/dirt road for a few miles). It was also a little difficult to find—there aren’t very obvious signs at the road. We parked in the wrong area because you apparently needed a code to enter the correct place, but we didn’t know the code until we walked in to reception. So we had to move our car.
