“The location is great very close to the ramp we like to use to put in at horse creek. The cabin was very clean & stocked with anything you may have forgotten at home. The coffee selection was on point (we are coffee people). Will definitely return next time we need a place at grand!”

“Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. Thank you so much for our weekend……

“The property is nice and clean. Nice outdoor space. Comfortable beds and bathroom floors heated. The only negatives- Very little light in the living room and 6 people had to use one bathroom. (and that is with only 8 people staying) If you had it totally full the bathroom would be really packed.”

“Great place to stay but don't let the golf cart in garage trick ya. My kids where pretty disappointed after reading the sign on the golf cart. But I will say this rental will offer everything you need for your stay. I still give it a 5 star rating.”

“We had a pleasant weekend meeting my mom, sisters, aunts and nieces who are all now mothers, 14 total. They came in from Colorado (flew to Tulsa) Arkansas, North Central and Eastern Kansas and Nebraska. Plenty of spaces to gather. We all really enjoyed it and the host Tom was super great to work with.”
