“Dealing with our host was great. I had to change dates and he was very helpful. The apartment is large with all things needed to cook. I loved the electric fireplace and huge TV in living room. I was mining so the entrance to hang jackets and boots before entering house was fantastic. Plenty of space to lounge and rest. The kitchen was great to cook. I love eating my own food so this is important. All the stores are literally 5 minutes away so you can buy good to cook everyday so it’s Fresh. I……

“My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property.”

“This apartment in a home near the Masonic Care Home was better than staying in a hotel. The owner met us at the door to see if we needed any help. It was less than a five minute ride to the campus. I will be checking in the future to see if it is available each time I'm in the area. Again more comfortable then a hotel room.”

The Roku TV thing we found hard to use and cumbersome so we streamed from our iPads to TV using Airplay and accessing our cable carrier. “Only minor inconvenience was the music the pizza shop downstairs plays until 10 pm. Not sure VRBO owner can do anything about that but the music seems totally unnecessary for the pizza business.”

“We stayed on the lake which was absolutely beautiful. We met the property manager Janet and she was very sweet. She checked on everyone who stayed and made sure we had everything we needed, answered any questions we had, and suggested some great places to eat or local stores. The place is simple and that was what we were lookimg for as we were outside the whole time. The place has a beautiful lake that you can sit and look at all day. “Very nice 3 bedroom rental with large living room, dining room and functional kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Only improvements would be an additional bathroom and a safety bar in the bathroom tub. The price was very reasonable.”

“We arrived at night and the neighborhood felt sketchy, the small, muddy yard was full of beer bottle lids. The key lock box was hard to manage and the two keys were hard to use. There was a lot of trash on sidewalk and at least one person outside up a few doors talking loudly and disoriented. The hallway smelled of wet trash and old mops, the apartment was not adequately marked so we had to try 2 keys in two different apartment doors. Renovations were quick and shoddy, with thin flooring over……
