“The front desk associate was very helpful and accommodating, my granddaughter and family came in from Florida to Oak Ridge to attend her mother’s funeral and made sure she had the room we needed since they have 2 small children and had been booked in the room several different occasions. They also made sure her in laws were in the room next to them. Thank you for being so accommodating during a very difficult time.”

“The place was clean and staff was nice however there are people hanging out in their cars and in front of the doors smoking . Drinking doing god know what else and slamming doors all night. It was creepy and did not feel safe! However if you reach out to Expedia they do not care. I checked out a day early of my 2 night stay because it was not the star rating they posted. I did not sleep on the uncomfortable beds and with all the little party in parking lot. I asked for a refund for just one……

“Bev the breakfast lady was probably the best part of this stay, she made sure the breakfast was well stocked and everyone was taken care of. The room was cleaner than other places I’ve been. The pool..not so much, lots of dead bugs and bandaids and it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned at all the entire week we were there. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.”

“Upon check in, the owner told me I needed to pay an additional $40 for a third person. I stated that I didn’t realize they charged for kids. The owner then questioned me about their ages to the point I offered to show my son’s drivers license. Then, when entering my room after check in my kids discovered dead bugs on the floor. They were very upset and concerned the room was not clean. I went to the office and spoke with the owner. He came immediately and picked up the bugs and said it was no……
