"Townhome/condo was nice, new and clean. Didn’t realize that it was 4 floors and a lot of stairs but maybe that was my bad for not realizing. Unfortunately the reason for the rating was the neighborhood. It is a terrible neighborhood with what looks like a serial killer home across the street. Neighbors who were doing a drug deal right outside of the house. People lingering outside all night. Honestly it was a pretty unsafe area and does not meet the quality and standards of the house. "There were 8 of us in our party. We came to see the sites of Middle Tennessee. This house easily accommodated our group and was in a great location. The floor plan of the house is conducive to large groups and has all the amenities that you need. The property was spotless. The hosts are great and communicated early and often. The pool is perfect for families with kids or adults who just want to hang outside. "
