“Everything at Radisson Blu was amazing. From check in and welcome to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were super friendly, food choice and quality was great. We were pleased to have water replenished in the room daily. As there was capacity in the hotel we were able to check out later. Our request for a topper to go on the sofa bed was quickly activated. We can’t praise the hotel enough. There’s a nice walk to the port with lots of restaurants if needed. We’ll be back.”

“Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. “Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only.”

“The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and even a little hot tub. There is also a little shop were you buy drinks if needed. The bar drinks prices are very reasonable. And there was a free water fountain which saves you buying bottle after bottle. The food was much better than the usual hotel buffet. They had theme nights with tacos, a chocolate fountain and ice cream. Also close to a supermarket and a cafe if needed and a 10, 15 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre.……

“Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before.”

“Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr erholsam. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhigen, geräumigen Suiten mit wunderschönem Meerblick – ideal zum Abschalten. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Allerdings merkt man dem Hotel an einigen Stellen an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insbesondere bei den Matratzen, die nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Komfort entsprechen. “Le petit déjeuner manque d'omelettes. Les rideaux de chambre ne sont pas occultants, trop de luminosité, on ne peut pas dormir. Les dessus de table devraient être changés à chaque utilisation, passer un simple coup de chiffon et poser ses couverts sur ceux du précédent est très sale.”

“The staff and pool are absolutely fantastic with plenty to do. We didn't get take the opportunity to explore the 'Island of Stars' as the main pool wasn't uncomfortably busy and we were only on a reasonably short stay. Also cant comment on the food as we ate out each day with friends who live locally. Unfortunately the rooms (or at least the one I was in) are in a need of a bit of a refresh although this could be easily achieved. Our room could have done with being a little more spacious and it……
