“Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay……

“We absolutely loved staying in this apartment for our stay in lake como and would definitely stay here again.
Patrizia and Luca were amazing hosts and I would go as far to say the nicest and most helpful hosts I have ever had staying at a property. They really did go above and beyond to ensure our stay was worthwhile, such as buying in additional snacks and drinks upon arrival and offering to pick us up from the train station. You can tell that they both care immensely about hospitality and……

“This was a very nice property. However it was hard to enjoy the indoors because it did not have any heat..which means that the property owners need to invest in a converter. Or when the nights are 10C they have space heaters for comfort! You could not stay in the living room because it was so cold….! Further the locks on the door were extremely difficult to manage. ”

“We had a lovely, albeit quick, visit to Como. Our 2 nights at Casa Patricia 2 were wonderful. The apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great restaurants very close by. Patricia met us and explained some things to us. We didn’t use the kitchen as we weren’t there long enough. Overall a great stay. Thank you Patricia. ”
