“The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean……

“The condo is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It requires walking up three flights of stairs, but my wife and I had no problem even though we are in our late 60s. There was a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away, and the subway is just a 10 minute walk. I do recommend using Uber, which I found quite affordable. Our host Gary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great visit! The neighborhood was very nice.”

“We enjoyed our stay! We loved having our coffee in the little garden in the mornings before we left for a day of exploring! We would recommend that the porch entry way drain be repaired. There was rain while we were there and had to walk in water to get in the door. Other than that we had a wonderful trip.”

“This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,……

“Nice and picturesque flat in Savin Hill (South Boston). Kitchen well equipped. Just 5 minutes from the metro station (red line), 15 minutes by metro to downtown. Nice area with a supermarket and a pub.”

“Our family came together to see our Grandson at Wentworth. I loved that the way the house is set up we were able to gather centrally to eat, laugh and lounge. If you're not familiar with Boston drivers, the street parking may be a concern but Uber was quite beneficial!”

“Sue was extremely helpful and communicative. She was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the apartment. She stayed in contact and checked in regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The apartment is great. It’s a wonderful location right in the heart of the Back Bay area. Easy walk to Boston Commons, Newbury St, and other popular areas. The rooftop view is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable. There was plenty of cleaning supplies, laundry……

“The property was excellent. The owners make a point with providing comfort (beds, couches, etc.), which is a gamble for traveler seeking rentals. I have stayed at places that skimp on quality and the result is a dissatisfying stay. NOT HERE.”

“Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.”

“This was a perfect place to stay with plenty of room for the family and easy access to all that Boston has to offer. The 3rd floor Condo was such a nice space with full kitchen, a big table for our meals together and a nice living room to gather in. The proximity to the Fields Corner T station was just a wonderful bonus. You really don’t hear much of the train but so close to walk to and ride into the city for the day. We used it a lot. “Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
