The breakfast team was working so hard to keep everything clean, stocked, and orderly, all while staying smiling and friendly to guests. One gentleman tending to the tables was truly a standout, although we did not get his name. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary items we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location was very convenient to everything we needed to get to. Kudos to your team, they are a great representation of your hotel and management. Special compliments to housekeeping as well for doing such a great job. "All good with cleanliness and hospitality. Other than not winning even a little bit with slot machines the overnight stay was good. Gas, food, and lodging $400 before dropping coins seems a bit much but it was our anniversary so there you go."
