"A towel holder fell and cut my husbands foot , we brought it down to customer service and asked them to wait till we got back to fix it . We left a do not disturb sign on the door . Came back and it was fixed . Reported this to manager and they didn’t do anything about it. They invaded our privacy by entering when we asked not to . "

"Everyone was so friendly from the beginning to end! Such a beautiful room! It felt like a mini apartment my family of 6 fit perfectly! The kids loved the bunk beds! The Disney touch is also amazing! The Disney park is only 15 minute walk and there is also a bus that picks you up at the front of the hotel and drops you right in front of the park! I will be returning to stay here for our next Disney trip! "
