“The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.”

“We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean.
