The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was absolutely outstanding! Great, quick helpful communication. "Everything is good and the view is truly spectacular but my main complaint is no AC on the first floor when it was 30c/86f. How can you sleep comfortably at that temperature? If it was a couple then it would be fine because upstairs sleep for 2 has AC. Put an AC downstairs then it would be great. I would not recommend it if it was more than 2 people."

"The house was unexpectedly nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the cool (unheated) but not cold, jacuzzi pool after a long hot day in Manuel Antonio park. This is a nice place, but they really, really, need to let folks know that this place is very remote and the road is very bad. Great if you want to bring everything and just stay there, but it is a 45 minute drive on bad, unlit roads to come or go from the lodge. We could see several places where the hillside had given way into the road and one...
