“No microwave, the place was not ready when we got there, bed unmade , dishes in sink, the AC didn’t work the first night, only 2 towels for a 3 nights stay. It was very difficult to get a hold of the owner.At 10:30 pm on the first night , the owner finally called me, I explained everything to him. He helped to accommodate, give us some of our money back and fix all issues, so yes he was polite and nice but I can’t give him more stars considering what we had to deal with . ”

“We visited Austin for a specific event, so we have not explored the area or city, but really appreciated a small green park nearby for a short walk and a few nice restaurants for affordable and delicious lunches and dinners. The most important for us was to have a good night rest which we did in this quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds in the apartment. The only drawback for us was a lack of fresh produce at the walking distance.”

This place way surpassed my expectations and was a fantastic change of pace to celebrate a milestone anniversary from the typical standard high-end hotels. “Condo was very clean and well appointed. Perfect place to stay while visiting Austin. It's close to everything! We really enjoyed the little coffee shop in Lobby that sold coffee, beer, and wine! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Austin. We definitely plan to come back!”
