“1. We had to walk all the way to Hotel Indio after parking the car to check in which was inconvenient , as my 81 year old FIL was with us. 2. Car parking charged were too high ($50). 3. There should be a drop box for room keys in the parking area. It is highly inconvenient to come to the front desk in the crowded downtown area just to return the key/s.”
