“Everything was very-good to excellent! But the room key card had glitches & I had to slip it in&out of door slot multiple attempts every time I tried to enter room.. had a key reprogrammed 2x then both keys stopped working as I returned from full day out, really needed to get into room & bathroom . They need to get an improved card key system, Also desk manager stepped away from front desk in evening for about 10 + min & a line up of new check ins were wondering where she was..( I needed my……

“The staff people were great. The food at the restaurant was great, the drinks even better. It's like staying at the pub in the Cotswalds country side, which was cool. Unfortunately, the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially at the price charged. The very, very squeaky bed, the windows with a ton of street noise, the shower/tub from the 1800s, which I thought was a period piece harking back to the pub idea, and essentially no friills everything. I've paid 1/5th the price at a basic Marriott……

“The unit is renovated, with modern appliances, and bathroom, the bedding is confortable ans overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola and near the shops and restaurants while being just away from the noise.”

“Unique set up reminiscent of the 1960 Olympics when the athletes stayed in this hotel. The outside area is newly landscaped with two brand new hot tubs, which were amazing. The pool was closed for cleaning. They have a shuttle that is supposed to run every 10 minutes, but we waited for 30 one time before giving up on it and walking to the hotel -only about a 10 minute walk from Olympic village. Olympic village is adorable and Palisades ski resort was awesome. Had a weird interaction at checkout……
