“I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The carpet in the room was sticky, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I messaged the team about these issues during my stay, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address them. I definitely expected better service and won't be returning.”

“Said breakfast was included, however, it’s not a continental breakfast which we thought it was. And upon looking at our bill from Expedia, we were actually charged for the breakfast. It was just factored into the price of the room, so it really wasn’t “included”. We ended up paying $15 per adult for breakfast I believe. And what it was was a sandwich or pastry, a coffee or iced tea from the little Starbucks in the front lobby. It was fine, but not worth the $15 apiece that we paid.”

“This hotel is has a good location. Have stayed here 3 years in a row. But it is going downhill. No lights in the parking lot (was told they are on a timer that comes on at 10pm) so it is pitch black trying to get kids and luggage inside while avoiding potholes. Shower was moldy and didnt work right. Breakfast is pretty good, but it runs out often so you have to wait. My overall assessment is that if a corner can be cut to save money, it is being cut. Probably our last stay here after 3 years.”

“The property was clean and rooms were good size. The thing we didn’t like was the sliding glass bathroom door which doesn’t give much privacy especially when sharing a room”
