"The front desk staff was for check in was really helpful. My only issue with that was she told me that my checkout time was 1pm Sunday since I’m a Hyatt member. That was incorrect. I personally didn’t care for the valet guy when I checked in. He came over right away to make sure I was a hotel guest while I was wrestling with my bags. No offer to help or get me a cart or anything. Then he told me he “guessed it’s ok for me to leave my car there while I check in.” What else is that area for? I think if the hotel didn’t have someone to help with bags then the valet should at least offer to get the carts for luggage. The room was clean and well stocked, the housekeepers were very nice."

"I was extremely disappointed! When I arrived to my room there was food left over in the fridge from a previous guest. There was a dead insect on the floor, and there were footprints on the bathroom floor. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to airport and very convenient for an early flight. "

"The worst! We could hear every noise from the hall and other rooms. Then the smoke detector went off at 1 in the morning and no one could get it to shut off, so needless to say, not much sleep that night at all. The only positive is that you are close to the airport. "

"Good location - about 10 minutes walk to downtown. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice bar where you can get complimentary coffee in the morning and purchase a small srlection of baked goods. Has the look of an old style hotel but clean and comfortable with good eifi and information in the rooms. Good value for money."

"There were 4 soap dishes in the bathroom but no soap. We asked for soap and they didn’t have any. "
