“We had a wonderful stay in this home. There’s lots of space and the decor and layout are both fantastic. There’s remote controls for the ceiling fan/light combo in each room. As documented, there are lots of stairs so keep that in mind. The hosts are responsive and kind. I recommend this home for your stay in Raleigh, NC! ”

“Had a great time here. Didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment, but it was clean and the pictures were accurate. Overall great stay, would stay there again!”

“This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.”

“The property was in a perfect location with easy access to Carroboro dining spots and a short drive to Chapel Hill. The kitchen and bathroom were both very updated and the decor was clean and modern. The beds were not very comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. ”

“We needed a place with a full kitchen, with a dining area, that was friendly to pets, and that was close to UNC for a weekend visit with our daughter, a UNC student. Going through the listings, this one looked like the best to fit our needs, even if it wasn't the least expensive and if it had one more bedroom than we needed.Wow, am I glad I chose this place!
