I did get a smoking room, so i understand it’ll have a smell but it was almost like someone in there was just smoking a cigarette before I came. I had to go buy incense. The toilet seat was dirty also. Good things, it was maybe like 80 dollars a night and they have a 7ft pool that was open so that was pretty cool. And it was quiet.

When I checked in it smelled like the room had been sprayed for pest control and there were several dead bugs on the floor. I had problems with my tv and a/c but the staff got that resolved. I’ve stayed at other Motel 6 in Dallas bc I have a dog. The Addison location is by far the nicest one. I’d never stay at the forest lane or Farmers Branch location again. Totally different clientele and customer service. The only thing I do not like is there is no wiggle room on check out. I literally had to sit outside with my dog and suitcases waiting for my ride. They wouldn’t give me 30 minutes. But still worth the money if u are traveling with a pet.

This was easy to find. A good location and was able to get in and out of the motel rather easy. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was great when we arrived because it was nice and cool. The bed is comfortable. The chair was peeling and was not inviting to sit in. The sink drained slowly and the shower did not have any pressure. For the price paid, it was a good place.

Whenever I am visiting the area, this is the only place that I want to stay. Check in is always great. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. They are always a five star. I have stayed at other motel sixes but none can compare to this one. I highly recommend this location.
