"Room was a little tight for my wheelchair but all in all the room was great. The automatic door entering and exiting the room was a major surprise, every hotel should have this feature in their wheelchair accessible rooms. "

"We lucked out and found a very low rate for this hotel. Superior lodging compared to other hotels we've stayed out in Pigeon Forge. It was winter and so we didn't bring our swimsuits. Unfortunate because the pool is open 24/7 even in winter. The cleaning staff was awesome and i really liked the towel animals. Would stay again in a second. We met several folks who had stayed there for dollywood trips for years. The breakfast buffet across the four lane was good. Worth the few dollars to upgrade."

"Parking is right under the building. Everything in Gatlinburg is walkable. The facility feels safe & was very clean. Staff was all very kind. "

"The best breakfast ever. The chefs and staff amazing. Super clean lobby. Bar staff wonderful. Trolley stops in the street outside the hotel so you don’t even need a car to go around gatlinburg. Would stay again 100%"
