"The owner was super friendly! The place was perfectly clean, except the laundry was coin-operated and not very clean. We decided not to use the laundry. Otherwise the place was perfect and huge!"

"Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. "

The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We loved having a large park nearby for walks with our dog. The location was ideal for our vacation - a short trip to both Levi's Stadium and Great America! We highly recommend this property."

"We loved our weekend stay! Greg and Naima were fantastic hosts. The view from the patio was so peaceful and we enjoyed sitting outside near the firepit and playing horseshoes. The space was perfect for our family of five, having the second bathroom is a huge plus! We will definitely be back when we are in the area."

"Loved everything about this place! So many thoughtful details have been put into making this stay comfortable, relaxing and accessible! We enjoyed walking to the beach, playing corn-hole in the yard, relaxing in the many places to sit outside, and even being able to cook our own meals with the gas stove!
