“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”

“The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is being renovated, and will be very nice on completion. Was not anticipating construction. ”
