No AC because owner was too cheap to fix. It was hotter than outside. Bathroom sink was not draing. No microwave. No ice. Only good thing is it's relatively clean and staff was helpful given the situation.

Rooms are very large, spacious and comfortable. Very central to everything you need, shopping, food. Having laundry available is handy. Full kitchen is great for making breakfast as nothing opens early in Rotterdam. Rooms are not well maintained. There are cracks in the floor, bathrooms and toilets are not good at all. The apartments need a lot of work to improve them. Showers are weak. I had to switch rooms because the shower was cold. The staff were very accommodating in changing me to a new room and while the shower was better there were issues with other things. Beds are very average. They are two singles pushed together with a thin Mattress across the top but you still fall in the crack of the bed as the mattress topper is not thick enough to hold any normal size person so you might aswell stay sleeping on one side.
