TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent a minimum of 30days???? I have NEVER heard of this especially when it had been paid for for several weeks in advance. I would not do business with these people. They obviously have no idea what they are doing. Getting a place to stay that could accommodate our family and a boat was difficult last minute.
