“Giving this an overall of 2/5 stars. The only thing saving it from 1/5 was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. I stayed for 4 nights during UMich commencement, since I booked late and everything else in A2 was $500/night minimum. I had low expectations, thinking you get what you pay for, but I woke up the last morning covered in bedbug bites. I think no matter how cheap an establishment is, the patrons should realistically be able to expect the room to be free of bug……

“The room looks fine but upon inspection you will see cracks and broken tile. The tub drips constantly. Prior customers clothes were left hanging on the bathroom door. The fireplace was a nice touch and it is not too noisy. For the price this is what you get. It was under $150 a night and we were there for a school graduation and all other hotels were charging $300+ a night. So this is as expected. The room was clean except for those issues mentioned. “Continental breakfast menu was fresh and good. Web site said that breakfast would be provided in restaurant next door. Old information. ”

“They don't clean the rooms. I was there almost two week and they didn't clean it not ones. I ask to clean my room and my room never got clean”

“Under no circumstances do not stay there unless the sky is about to fall down. We booked abroad and after travelling for 20hous we arrived in this nasty, cannabis smelling dumbsite. The reception tells it all but we decided to have a look at the room. Disgusting! Broken furniture, blood-stained bedding with cigarette burns. And it was so disgustingly dirty that I had the shivers hours after just being in the room for a few seconds. We left and never stayed. The place should be taken down from……

“The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”
