“Love the location of this place with it being right downtown and close to a few places to eat. That being said, traffic can get a little loud! Comes as a warning that there are stairs…they are definitely more difficult when having to carry luggage up/down them, so take that into consideration if you’re bringing a lot. We were only there one night and our kids are old enough to help so it was fine. Not sure that the air was working great - would have liked it a little cooler while sleeping.……

“This property was outstanding in every way. Location to the downtown was an easy walk with a grocery store only two blocks away. The home was very clean and inviting both inside and out. King beds in every bedroom were comfortable and had lots of pillows along with fresh linens and towels. Quiet and relaxing made for the perfect stay.”

“Wonderful!!! Super safe area, family friendly glamping and they have another unique cowboy cabin down the lane from the greenhouse. We plan to rent both units soon for a mini vacation! Met one of the very kind and informative hosts upon arrival, great communication and she addressed our needs as well as tips and tricks. Property was gorgeous and the greenhouse was adorable! Stocked with treats for our hikes around the area. Clean and cozy, they even had an umbrella in there for when it rains.……

“Staff was super nice and helpful. It’s close to Upper Iowa University for parents visiting their kids. The hotel was well maintained in the instead and out. You feel like you are in a hotel that has been in a Hallmark movie.”

“We love Decorah for a weekend getaway from the Twin Cities and the Bluffside Gardens was the PERFECT place to stay. It was right off the trout run trail so we could go biking right from our room without having to drive anywhere. Easy access to downtown and the room was very spacious and clean. We will for sure be back next year!”

“We enjoyed our stay for a fishing trip. Everything was great but we did have issues with getting hot water. Messaged host the night of but didn’t get a response until the next morning and weren’t able to have a hot shower. Everything else about the house was great.”
