“My room was very clean and had newly carpeted floors. The bathroom faucets were hooked up incorrectly and need to be reconnected properly. Very nice staff and my room on the second floor. The a/c was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep with it on.”

“Very basic and no thrills hotel but it was convenient and the staff were good and responsive.”

“The 3 only problem i had with this hotel is when I call to let them know, late arrival, phone kept ringing prolong time and finally someone pick up. Then, telling him of my late arrival he hung up on me. Second problem, got there late and nobody was there to assist us, me and my friend until 20 minutes later. Third problem. The staff housecleaning lady had an attitude towards my friend, Telling him he can't take any food up to the room, when it was for me because I was too sick to come down to……

“It was exactly what I need it at that time. It was quiet. I like that you couldn't smoke in the rooms made me not smoke so much LOL. The lady at the desk was pleasant. I would suggest it. There's a Perkins right next door. And I feel safe and peaceful. Thank you for your services”

“Dirty, safety was a concern, no breakfast as described. Not that I would eat what they offered. I'm sad I spent my hard earned money there. It shouldn't be open.”

“The hot water was out for at least 30 hours. Having spent all day swimming, it was hard not to be able to bathe our kids but it was relieving when it was back on. It was a concern that they kept the restaurant open despite not being able to sanitize the dishes in hot water, so we did not eat there. In the waterpark, the residual water on the pool deck wasn't swept so it was always slippery due to pools of water accumulating. Our kids fell on the deck multiple times despite walking slowly.
