“Room is spotless and easy check in”

“The room is dusty and not cleaned, toothpaste, toothbrush and shower gel are not prepared.”

“The room was spotless and had all the right amenities. The lobby had a cozy fire going and fresh drinks and coffee at all times. They offered a different soup of the day in the lobby daily which I thought was so old-fashioned and adorable and comforting. The breakfasts were a standout. Great variety that changed daily and really delicious. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”
