"The photos on the Internet did not reflect the property. We selected the hotel based on the photos. The photos were beautiful. But when we arrived, it was totally different and we were quite surprised and shocked. The hotel was a bit distasteful."

"Very beautiful rooms. My curtains were electric and did not work so I could not shade the room. They did accommodate me for it luckily. The pool was also like 90 degrees! Requested a turned down on the pool warmer since outside was already hot but no one available to do so"

"My stay was brief however I would have liked to stay longer to take advantage of more amenities. Our rooms, the lobby and the breakfast areas were clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than the average buffet breakfast and food was fresh. We were given warm cookies upon check in - love it! I would have liked to have time to go to the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Only disappointment was that the body wash container was empty in the shower however plenty of soap was provided. We will definitely stay again when in the area"
