“Clean, comfortable basic accommodation ”

“The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, at such an affordable price! The staff members were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting to the Grand Mesa, where we spent the day. The breakfast serving area was rather small and chaotic, with ok food (but we were glad to have it included)—otherwise everything was excellent and we will return and recommend to our friends.”

“What a wonderful and memorable gem!! The Hosts are wonderful, talented and interesting people who added so much to the stay at their beautiful property. The location a few miles outside Cedar Edge was so serene and gorgeous with views of two mountain ranges and a lovely garden. The home is archtecturally beautiful and my room was completely comfortable and delightfully furnished. “The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.”

“Bathroom door gets stuck and lock doesn't work. Didn't ask for repair or help because of what I read on reviews. Breakfast not great either. Orange juice are home made and I'm 100% sure it is a Tang that transferred into tropicana bottle to make it look that way! What gives is that it was over filled and the bottle is old, "re-used".”
