“We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool. “Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected……
