“Hotel seems new and was very clean inside and outside. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“Although booking through Expedia which assigned me a handicap room, which was not ideal in terms of showering space and subsequent room cleaning and serving, the hotel was fine and I have booked there multiple times in the last year. The front desk staff did not seem very accommodating to my concerns upon check-in but did explain the reason for my limited options due to a full hotel. The housekeeping staff usually replace towels each day and tidy up the bathroom, which did not seem to happen……

“The room we got didn’t even have a number on the door 👀 ceiling was sagging so bad I thought it would cave in. Tub was angled towards the wall and the drain excessively someone with bad balance will be breaking their neck lol. Definitely doesn’t match the photos they have posted.”

“All of the pictures listed of the cabins show a small living room and kitchen/kitchenette, so I was shocked when I entered my cabin and there was only one room with two beds immediately entering the door and one very small bathroom. My 12 year old could barely use the toilet because it was tucked between two walls that were very close together. The tv didn’t work and it said if it wouldn’t work to call the front desk, but no one ever answered the phone at the lodge. We tried multiple times.……

“This property is gorgeous. I thought I’d really dislike the portopotty but it was relatively clean. Funny enough it was the only place I could get cell reception We brought our 10 year old and he was excited to roam the rolling hills and creek. Next time we’ll be back for a more romantic stay. The air conditioner made it very cool. It was about a 25 minute drive into town. Wish we could have stayed longer!”
