“The person maintaining the breakfast room did an exceptional job, right on task, kept tables clean, very pleasant. Our hotel room was cold & damp. Curtain broken & window was covered over in plastic so we could not look out. Hallways are very poorly lit.”

“The property is in a great location. There is a beautiful flower garden including a horse to see, talk to and enjoy. The bathrooms are out of date. They have ceramic tile walls, floors, and bathroom walls. There is barely any room in the shower. The tap water wouldn't get warm, stayed cold. The windows need replacement. You can hear all the noise, wind, and feel it in the room. The mattress needs updated, it's not as comfortable, even with the small padding under the sheets. Each room……
