Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar-white beaches of the emerald coast in this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. This spacious condo has a luxurious king-size bed in the master bedroom with a shower/tub combo in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 full beds. Queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The bathrooms have new granite countertops.

This condo does have reserved parking and additional parking for guest. Perfect view of the playground from the front porch to watch children play. Screened in back porch with full-size washer and dryer included for your convenience. In unit Wi-Fi is included. New comfortable chairs and table on the back balcony. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella
Beach service is March 1st through October 31st.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
