GULF FRONT MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM 12OO SQ FT UNIT. UPDATED CONDO!

NEWLY REMODELED! Beautiful 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front 5th floor unit in the heart of Destin! The gulf front master suite has a king bed and full bath with separate shower and tub with sliding glass doors opening to the oceanfront large balcony. The second bedroom is very spacious and also has a king bed with a full bath attached. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This unit also has a full kitchen with all necessities for preparing meals for your family. The unit also has a new full size washer and dryer as of May 2019. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park, convenience/liquor store, gift shops, etc. Please be advised that free beach service will be discontinued starting March 1, 2026 per a decision made by the HOA board of directors. Beach service will be available to rent in 2026.

You are required to pay the amenity fee of $15.00+tax for each person 5 years and older. This will be paid separate from the booking and must be paid directly to the HOA upon check in.

The amenity fee covers your parking passes and wristbands for the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area.

*Early check in and late check out will be $50 IF it is available, but cannot be guaranteed.

I love this place. We will definitely be back. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals. The view from the balcony was a great way to wake up every morning. The only downside was the pillows on the bed were very hard and flat. Not comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise I loved it here.

Best time ever!

My family and I by far had the best time at Sterling Sands. Mandy was the utmost professional and so very helpful with any questions I had. Her property is amazing, very spacious and well stocked. The decor is really cute, you have the perfect view of the gulf, pool and the rest of the property. Security is on point with keeping your family safe and making sure that guest only are on the property. The exercise room is perfect for short workouts (it’s vacation) so if you want to stay on your fitness game there is just enough equipment to fit in your exercise. Without a doubt we will be returning, if you are looking for a perfect affordable space for your family I recommend Ms. Mandy’s unit.

First trip to Destin

This property was beautiful, it was just as depicted in the pictures, very clean, well- updated beautiful house. It was so convenient to come up and down from the beach throughout the day. Many shops and restaurants within a 10 minute driving distance from the property. Very clean pool, but it tended to be hot water on some days, although that might be unavoidable due to the time of year. We loved our stay in Destin.!!

We just left condo 506 today and are already missing that amazing view! The condo itself was great, loved the extras like the little cooler to take to the beach. Chairs were set up everyday by 7am. Quick and easy walk to the pool and the beach. Highly recommend. walk to

Beautiful property

Condo was beautiful with easy beach access and a great pool. The host was responsive when needed (our packet with code and bracelets were not in the condo as expected and she responded quickly with needed info). Only issue was the bedroom facing the street had lots of street noise at night and kept my friends up at times.

The heated outdoor pool was great for the winter. We loved the private balcony and great beach. The remodeled bathroom shower is one I’d like to have at home. The traffic was a little tough but the condo IS in the middle of the action. Overall we enjoyed our 3 weeks.

This was absolutely everything you saw in the pictures! Very clean, bed was very comfortable and had all the items needed for cooking. The view was fabulous! We will definitely come back.

Very relaxing and peaceful

We were very pleased with this condo and would return! Mandy was very responsive to messages and helpful with questions. My only complaint however is that the beach does not allow personal umbrellas or tents, and that isn't advertised in the booking. With an infant traveling with us, it was difficult to ensure adequate shade for her as well as the adults. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
