Modern Apartment In The Heart Of The Old Town

"This is a really superb place to stay. From booking to leaving everything was perfect. Shirley and Kevin were so helpful and being collected and returned from and to the airport a real bonus. The apartment was spotless and has a well equipped kitchen with everything needed for making meals. The bed was comfortable with lots of hanging space for clothes. Lovely towels and a spacious bathroom. A real bonus having the pool a step away from the sunny terrace terrace. The well stocked supermarket was nearby and a fabulous patisserie just down the steps . An ideal location for restaurants and all amenities. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again when next I am in Altea. thank you for such a great stay."

Where were the hosts?

"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. Reviews mention wonderful hosts but we were there 2 days and never saw them. The ladies who we did see and who made breakfast were very friendly and helpful. "

Magnificent beachfront apartment in Altea with garage.

Beachfront Promenade/Perfect

"This apartment was wonderful for the 2 of us spending October away from the rains we have at home. Fabulous terrace large enough for dining. Fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for the beach. I would not recommend for 2 couples because the window of the second bedroom looks into the air shaft. Probably fine for a family with kids. We walked everywhere and never used a car. Sunrises over the sea everyday with gorgeous views. Altea itself is wonderful."

Beautiful sea view

"The apartment is situated just outside of Altea town centre, so only a short walk away (about 15mins). There is also a good tram link close by which runs from Alicante to Denia - so you can visit other towns pretty easily (fares are around 1.45 euros one way). As we did not have a car, we found this invaluable. The only minus was that as a self catering apartment, there are no shops close by - the nearest one is 300m away, so carrying water that distance can be tricky, especially if you do not have a car. There is a beautiful sea view with the apartment and windows which open completely to make the most of it. We did however miss having a balcony and being able to sit outside of an evening and this is the only reason we have given this a four star rating. Overall a beautiful apartment, situated in a beautiful part of Cap Negret."
