“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“When we arrived, the owner of the place told us that it had been leaking from upstairs and she was currently working on it. She was not aware that it was booked for that weekend because it didn’t show up on her calendar. She was very nice and looked on her own for other condos available in the same complex. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The service from the front desk and staff was also very good—everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, and I really appreciated the complimentary food options. They offered free breakfast and dinner, as well as a variety of snacks, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. Instead, there was fruit-infused water available, but unfortunately it tasted quite bad and was difficult to drink. Another small inconvenience was that the hotel shuttle runs with long intervals between trips, which made transportation a bit inconvenient. Aside from these minor issues, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again."
