"We have come here for many years and will continue doing so because of the network of pools and proximity to Disney Springs. However, this visit we noticed a marked decline both in the quantity of resort staff as well as the quality of service. The main pool had no clean towels available on a Saturday morning from 9-11AM. Normally wouldn't complain but when you are required to pay a daily resort fee, you do expect some value in return. Also felt like food and beverage quality was good but service was slow and inattentive throughout."

"Staff was good, Romeo the shuttle Driver was amazing 10/10 very friendly and understanding and also Cory one of the groundskeeper really friendly(10/10) Now the bad part was anyone at the sales galla they are entitled and the presentation is aggressive and pushy to the point one of the salesman outright disrespected us when we were hard stuck on the no. My recommendation is if you go to this resort don’t go near the sales galleria, bring a vehicle and don’t shop at the restaurants/stores on the resort other than that it’s a beautiful resort and we would go back again next time renting a car."

"We had an amazing stay at this resort! The villas are absolutely awesome—spacious, clean, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun.The absolute highlight of the trip was the pool area. If you visit, you have to spend time enjoying the lazy river! It is incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. The location is also perfect for accessing the beach and checking out the local area. We will definitely be back!"
