"Très bien situé à Orlando. Nous étions dans le bâtiment 19 et avons vraiment apprécié la présence du boisé autour de la piscine et la tranquillité. Seul bémol, il devait y avoir une cuisine complète et nous n’avions pas de four, seulement une plaque à cuisson comme pour le camping, mais nous nous sommes quand même débrouillés. Il manquait quelques fournitures de cuisine comme une paire de ciseaux et une fourchette pour les pâtes mais encore là rien de majeur. La suite une chambre est parfaite pour une famille avec un enfant et nous avons vraiment aimé le fait que les chambres ont un balcon. Nous reviendrons."

"Only complaint, I Was going to use coffee pot on last day But it was not clean,there was debris in it Everything else was very clean ,bed was very comfortable, room was large, staff very friendly and accommodating .They checked us in early,which was great . Breakfast was great .Didn’t get to use the kick back ,we got back late from the parks We did miss shuttles from Park to Hotel Because of the hours ,wish they had a few more time slots . Overall will recommend and will stay again ."

"I am a return guest- that is how much I love to stay here. I did not appreciate such a long check in and 1 person working. We had a group of people with us (3 suites). I did not appreciate the nightly parking fee either. I also did not like that I called them to reserve my third suite and asked what the price was - to find out that booking companies offered it for a lot less. The staff checking on that said he’s give me a discount which was significantly here than the booking company. Still, we went and had a great time. I do love it there!"

"This property is huge and beautiful. Many different things to do within the resort, multiple pools, restaurants, sports etc... We were very impressed with the updated rooms and how clean everything was. I would say the only negative was the $30 nightly "parking fee" that was not included. I do not remember seeing that fee on their website prior to booking. Check in did take a bit longer than expected but staff was very nice."
